Eric Jeppson is co-founder of Jeppson Law, LLP and the attorney behind the Clean Legal Bill of Health™. He earned his law degree at the University of Oregon School of Law and has spent more than 25 years advising business owners, contractors, investors, and entrepreneurs. He is licensed in California and Utah and admitted to practice before multiple U.S. District Courts.
His work spans business formation and ownership, real estate, franchise relationships, and civil litigation, including more than 500 business transactions and 150 real estate transactions. Years of resolving disputes showed him where business problems really start, and how often the right paperwork would have prevented them.
