Utah Business Law, Handled Before It Becomes a Problem

Jeppson Law, LLP helps Utah small business owners find and fix legal exposure while it is still cheap to fix. We are based in Utah County and work with businesses in every county in the state. By the time most owners call an attorney, something has already gone wrong: a customer refusing to pay on a contract that never spelled out payment terms, a contractor claiming they were really an employee, two founders discovering that the handshake they built the company on says nothing about what happens if one of them leaves. Every one of those is expensive to litigate and inexpensive to prevent. We work the other direction. We look at your business the way an opposing attorney would, find where you are exposed, and close the gaps while closing them is still a document and a conversation rather than a lawsuit. To talk it through, call our Utah office at (801) 980-0737, weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Mountain.

Serving business owners in Utah County, Salt Lake, Davis, Weber, Wasatch, Summit, Tooele, Cache, Washington, Iron, and every other county in the state.
